DISCUSSION:
The IT/OT Technician continues to work with City of Elk River IT staff on planning for
future phone system needs, as well as investigating additional security monitoring
software. He is also working with Tech Services staff to plan for long term fiber and
substation communications.
The Technical Services department was able to complete some metering upgrades at
the substations, and I have been assisting with planning for our longterm SCADA needs
at the substations.
