Background/Discussion
The annual meeting is an opportunity for the EDA to consider revisions to its bylaws or make recommendations to
the City Council regarding changes to the enabling resolution for the EDA. The bylaws were last amended in 2019.
The enabling resolution, first adopted by the council in 1987 to create the EDA, was last amended in 2011.
Staff is not bringing forth any suggested changes at this time; however, staff has been reviewing the documents as
well as the enabling statute and is likely to bring suggested changes to a future meeting.

The enabling statute and resolution require periodic review of the bylaws and enabling resolution.
