script and some sections would be discussed by the commission members. He stated
other members of the community would also be involved.
Commissioner Griffiths stated he is still working on obtaining the images and a cost
for use of the Sherburne County History Center photos to be used in the
documentary. He hopes to be securing the final cost towards the end of the month
and thought it would be about 50 photos.
Mr. Carlton noted on the photo request form from the Sherburne County History
Center that the city is non-profit and therefore may not be required to pay for the
photos as they would be used for educational purposes in the documentary.
Chair Lindberg noted John Houlton recently completed a PowerPoint presentation
with some historical photos. The commission discussed others in the community
that would be beneficial to interviewing for the documentary.
The Commission discussed the script and determined the project would ideally be
completed by Memorial Day.
Commissioner Mauren provided some comments and feedback on the script to
Commissioner Griffiths.
The Commission discussed various topics, historical information, and other
resources that could provide stories to be discussed in the documentary.
