Nominate and elect,by motion,the HRA Chair,Vice Chair, Secretary for 2022.
Background/Discussion
HRA bylaws identify three officer positions for the Authority: a chair, a vice chair, secretary and such other
officers as shall from time to time be duly selected and appointed.
Chair: Shall be selected from among the Commissioners, shall be at all meetings and shall have general charge
of and control over the affairs of the Authority subject to the approval of the Commissioners.
Vice Chair: Shall be selected from among the Commissioners, shall preside in the absence of the chair and shall
perform such duties as may be assigned by the Commissioners.
Secretary: Shall be selected from among the Commissioners, shall be responsible for reviewing the minutes of
each meeting of the Authority and perform such functions as may be deemed necessary by the chair.
There are no term limits for HRA officer appointments. 2021 officers were:

Secretary: Nate Ovall
