Adopt, by motion, an ordinance assigning a new street address for the property identified as PID# 75-128-2310.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-128-2310 (city well house) currently has the address of 19506 Great Northern Trail
as the property had no access to a public street. The property now has direct access to a public street and can
received an appropriate address.

The new assigned address will be 12644 195 Circle NW.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-128-2310 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-128-2310, and currently assigned the street
addresses as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street addresses
as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 7th day of February, 2022.
