Background/Discussion
The Elk River Fire Department respectfully requests that firefighter Philip Collins be recognized by the City of
Elk River for his service and dedication to the community as a firefighter for 33 plus years.
The Elk River Fire Department appreciates the excellence that Firefighter Collins has brought to the department
throughout his career with honor, dedication, and sacrifice.
