A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River for 169 Redefine
Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: that the City of Elk River enter into MnDOT Agreement No.
1046508 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes:
To provide for the payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of
the sanitary sewer, signal system, aesthetic construction and other associated
construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 169
from Mississippi River to 0.35 miles north of 197`' Avenue; and on Trunk Highway
No. 101 from 0.22 miles south of Mississippi River to Mississippi River; and on
Trunk highway No. 10 from 0.45 miles west of TH 169 to 0.39 miles east of TH 169
within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 7106-87 (T.H. 169=018)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
