Adopt, by motion, the change orders for the Youth Athletic Complex (YAC) and the Country Crossing Park
Basketball Project.
Background/Discussion
The change order request for the YAC project is a credit of $2,576.30. This is for four changes shown on the
Ebert change proposal. The credit is due to less work performed by the subcontractor.
The change order request for the Country Crossing Basketball Project includes adding a coating on the court this
spring and subgrade corrections that were made during construction. The coating is needed to seal the surface of
the asphalt court and is consistent with all of our sport courts system wide. The amount of these change orders is
$30,740.42.
Financial Impact
The credit for the Youth Athletic Complex will show up in a future pay application Ebert will submit to the city.
The funding for the Country Crossing Park Basketball Project, including the change orders, is the PIF.
