Background The City Council usually schedules a meeting in April to review and discuss their mission, vision, and goals for the city. Previous meetings have included discussions of the role of City Council, property tax levels, communication, customer service, and compliance along with goal setting and visioning. They also included personality characteristic tests, code enforcement and housing standards, and SWOT Analysis. Annual retreats have been facilitated by the city administrator. The Council could consider utilizing a consultant for all or part of the retreat.
