Members Absent: Councilmember Matt Westgaard
Staff Present: City Administrator Calvin Portner, Planning Manager Zack Carlton,
Economic Development Director Brent O’Neil, City Attorney Peter
Beck (via interactive technology), and City Clerk Tina Allard
1. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:37 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
The mayor stated the purpose of the meeting was to consider an offer for purchase
of city-owned property known as PID #75-011-4100, pursuant to MN Statute,
Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(C).
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 10:06 p.m.
