I. Larry Toth, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair hereby request a closed
meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 5:45
p.m. for the following:
■ "The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(1)
to determine the asking price for real or personal property to be sold by the
government entity." The properties being discussed are:
■ Main & Gates properties, HRA -owned sites:
PIDs: 75-401-0130 75-401-0135 75-401-0140 75-401-0145
75-401-0150 75-401-0105 75-401-0115
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at
least one day before the meeting.
