1. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk
Ri ver Planning Commission was called to order by Commissioner Eber ley
at 5:30 p.m.
2. Consider Conditional Use Permit (Gas Station/Convenience Store) by
Holiday Station Stores/P.H.
Janelle Szklarski, Zoning Assistant, stated that the developer for the
plat in which Holiday planned to locate had lost financing and would be
withdrawing from the purchase agreement with the school district.
Therefore, the applicant would more than likely be withdrawing their
request for a conditional use permit. However, no formal withdrawal
notice has been given to staff at this time. Therefore, staff was
recommending that the Planning Commission table action on the Holiday
conditional use permit application until the next regularly scheduled
meeting on April 23, 1991.
COMMISSIONER BISCHOFF MOVED TO TABLE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST
BY HOLIDAY STATION STORES TO THE APRIL 23, 1991, PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING. COMMISSIONER VANVALKENBURG SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
CARRIED 4-0.

ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER BISCHOFF SECONDED THE MOTION. THE
