JOINT TE~~ BUILDING SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
AND PLANNING COMMISSION
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 1991
Council Members Present: Mayor Tralle, Councilmember Dietz, Kropuenske, and
Holmgren. Councilmember Schuldt arrived at approximately 9:00 p.m.
Planning Commission Members Present: Chairman Johnson,
Bischoff, Eberley, VanValkenburg, Spotts and Nadeau.
Nadeau left at approximately 8:49 p.m.

Staff Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; and Stephen Rohlf, Building
Administrator. Also present Pastor Dick Erickson fad Ii tator of the
team building session.
The team building session commenced at approximately 7:00 p.m. Those
present discussed their individual weaknesses and strengths as they related
to their rolls as Planning Commission members and Councilmembers and staff.
Group discussion also took place regarding the rolls of the various bodies
and the entire groups mission as it relates to the functioning of the City.
. The joint team building session adjourned at approximately 9:37 p.m.
