BACKGROUND
Tlle applicant is requesting a license to sell tobacco, tobacco products, and tobacco related
de-vices at \Vestbound Liquor, 13484 185th .l-\. v.enue, Elk Ri\Ter. The applicant has submitted
all of the required application matel1al. The Police Department completed a compliance
clleck and there \vere no violations.
