Approve, byT motion, hiring of Bill Creger to the position of custodian effective April 5, 2022.
Background/Discussion
With the recent resignation of a custodian, we `vent to market to fill the position. We received 30 applicarions and
offered interviews to six candidates. Following background and reference checks, we recommend Bill Creger for the
position.
Mr. Creger has been `vorking as a general maintenance `vorker at Anoka RamseyT CommunityT College since 2018.
PrioY to that, he worked in street divisions in St. Paul and Blaine. He also was a Technical SeYgeant in the r1i� FoYce,
has woYked for MnDOT, and the State of Minnesota.
This is a I.O.U.E. Local 49 position and payT and benefits will be consistent with union contract and cityT policyT.
Financial Impact
This is a budgeted position.
