Approve, byT motion, hiring Klara Porath to the position of communications coordinator effective April 11, 2022.
Background/Discussion
We `vent to market to fill the communications coordinator position vacated in JanuaryT. We received 24 applications
and interviewed five candidates. Following second intervie`vs and background and reference checks, we recommend
Klara Porath for the position.
Ms. Porath has an Associates degree in Art and has been `vorking in the communications field since 2014. Most
Yecently she has been the Communications rlrts Assistant at RiveYside Church, having been an intern there prioY,
and woYks as a freelance aYtist and designer.
Ms. Porath will start at step A of payT grade 8E. All payT and benefits will be consistent `vith cityT policyT.

This is a budgeted position.
