1, Dan Tveite, the Economic Development Authority President, hereby request a
closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Monday, March 21, 2022, at
5:45 p.m. for the following:
"The EDA -vvill be holding a closed meeting per NIN Statute §13D.03., Subd. 3(c)(1)
to determine the asking price for real or personal property to be sold by the
government entitt; " The properties being discussed are:

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city, clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at least
one day before the meeting.
