A. Fuchs and M. Eberley were the only MeMbers of the
COMMission to attend the Workshop Session. We did not
have a quoruM and did not convene the Meeting.
We did, however, spend SOMe tiMe discussing SOMe of the
issues before the COMMission and work in progress and
would like to share SOMe of the ideas and questions we did
have by way of this MeMO.

A) Sign Ordinance-Council evidently acted upon the
portion of sign ordinance we cOMpleted at our last
meeting. We do not know if they accepted our
recomMendations. We believe we will be working on menu
board, Billboard, teMporary signs in May, that there will
be little else in the current ordinance which needs or
will be changed, and will request a copy of Council
minutes to learn what action was taken on our
recoMmendation for C-3 signs.
B) Shade Tree and Landscape Ordinances- We were not
certain of status on these. Believe Staff was to complete
drafts and provide to us for final work. We will need
drafts in May to cOMplete in June. Arlon wondered if
these two issues could be combined.
C) Mobile Workshop - would like to set up and cOMplete on
our own - probably do not need staff to accompany us.
Will bring up at next meeting.
D) Cluster HOMes - on our list of projects but we do not
know the status. We have received bits and pieces and
have collected inforMation individually. We need an
update.
E) Invitation to area Commissioners and to County Planning
Commission - Staff was to COMplete and copy to ComMission.
We have not seen copy and would like a status report.
F) Discussed the need to brief in our discussion at
COMmission Meetings. We must come prepared to discuss
efficiently and thoroughly, and be ready to take action in
a tiMely Manner.
