Background/Discussion
The proposers (4125 Sub S Corp Team) of the Main and Gates development have been refining their
project and looking for ways to deliver the project with a minimal request for public assistance.
Further, with spring approaching, the HRA will need to have a maintenance plan for lawn care. Last year,
Super T's Lawn Care mowed the site on an as-needed basis, and as frequently as weekly. This service was
billed at$200 per time, and Super T's has proposed a similar arrangement in 2022 for the same amount.
Financial Impact
It is estimated to cost $2,000 for property maintenance costs in 2022,which was included in the 2022
HRA budget.
Mission/Policy/Goal
The goal of the HRA is to promote certain housing and redevelopment projects.
