Approve by motion, Large Event Protocol, procedure for managing large crowds at the FTCENTER.
Staff has worked with ER FIRE to develop a procedure acceptable to ER FIRE to manage large crowds in
portions of the FTCENTER. ER FIRE recommends that this procedure be ratified by the MPF Advisory
Commission at the earliest opportunity.
Financial Impact
Allows for greater attendance and revenue in certain situations.
Mission/Policy/Goal
Provide high quality large, safe, events that are in full compliance with all fire and safety regulations.
