Approve by motion, a recommendation to the City Council that the commission attendance requirement be
eliminated.
The current commission attendance requirement has occasionally been a hinderance to holding regularly
scheduled meetings and is unnecessary, as quorum requirements adequately regulate attendance and compliance
with state laws.
