Receive the 2021 Annual Report
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Staff is pleased to presentthe 2021 Annual Report. The theme of the report is “Servingthe
Future, Serving Together” as it highlights the exciting projects which began in 2021 that will
allow all departments to provide enhanced service to our customersfor yearsto come.
The report provides information to the public about the field services facility expansion,
preparing for the Highway169 Redefineproject, backflow prevention and wellhead protection
programs, Advanced Metering Infrastructure integration, the Smart Energy Provider
designation, and more.
Th
e 2021 Annual Report will be printed and distributedto all ERMU customers with their May
billing statement. The report will also be available digitally on ERMU’s website and will be
promoted throughout our social media sites.
