DISCUSSION:
The 2021 Utilities Performance Metric and Incentive Compensation was processed and
distributed to employees on April 22 via paper checks. Normally ERMU distributes paper
checks and hands them out individually to employees, but the priortwo years, due to
COVID-19, it was done via direct deposit. It was nice to have this back to normal.
The Energy Information Administration reports 860, 861, and 923 for 2021 have all been
filed. These are federal reports that are required to be filed annually related to the
output of our plant standby engines and the landfill engines’ output and fuel sources;
our system distribution numbers in MW, revenues, and meters served; wind and solar
participation; and reliability numbers.
Property & Casualty Insurance renewal application has been sent to the underwriter for
the 2022-2023 year.
