I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 5:53 p.m. by President Tveite.
2. Closed Meeting
President Tveite stated the EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statue
Section 13D.05, Subd. 3 (c)(1) to consider an offer for the purchase of PID#75-757-
0105, also known as 17610 Tyler Street and the letter of intent for PID#75-597-
0105, also known as 13566 185`h Avenue, and PID#75-597-0110, also known as
13530 185`' Avenue.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the closed meeting of
the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 6:34 p.m.
