I, Larry Toth, the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Chair hereby request a closed
meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 5:45
p.m. for the following:
The HRA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(3) (the
"Act") to develop or consider offer or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real or
personal property". The property being discussed is:
■ PID#75-405-0225, also known as 724 Main St. NW, Elk River
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the special meeting, in writing, at
least one day before the meeting.
