The property identified as 75-503-0490 currently has the address of 11625 197 Avenue. The driveway for the

subject parcel is being relocated to Irving Street due to the construction of the 197 interchange. As a result, a
new address is required.
The new address for 75-503-0490 will be 19731 Irving Street.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-503-0490 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-503-0490, and currently assigned the street
addresses as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re-assigned to the street addresses
as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
