I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 9:05 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
The mayor stated the purpose of the meeting was to review offers and discuss
counteroffers property known as PID #75-915-0020 pursuant to MN Statute,
Section 13D.05, Subdivision 3(C).
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 9:29 p.m.
