Approve by motion, the appointments of commissioners to work in consort with staff to craft facility policy to be
brought forward to the commission for review and approval.
Staff would like to would like to appoint a small work group or task force to work through the minutia of
creating/editing policy. The plan would be to bring the policy crafted back to the full commission for
consideration/approval in 2-4 sections to not be overwhelming. The intention is for this group to be temporary;
its work would be done once the initial facility policy document is complete.
