Background/Discussion
Having been unsuccessful hiring an Economic Development Specialist from a FebruaryT market search, we hired
Josh Mollan to `vork in an internship position. Josh has `vorked for us for t�vo months and has proven to be an
invaluable addition to our Economic Development staf£ We are prepared to hire him into the regular Economic
Development Specialist position.
Mr. Mollan `vill start at step A of payT grade 8E. All payT and benefits ��ill be consistent with cityT policyT.
Financial Impact
This is a budgeted position.
