Minnesota for a total not to exceed $17,404.80 with SRF Consulting GYoup, Inc.
Background/Discussion
The cityT engaged SRF Consulting Group Inc. to complete design work and oversee the construction of leisure

Follo`ving the concrete and bituminous `vork on the pickleball courts, staff questioned the slope of the courts and

which led to the Council consenting to additional funds to change the current grade of the courts to south to
north.
CityT and SRF staff have had multiple discussions regarding a resolution to the concerns. SRF has proposed a split
in the cost Cityr staff has concerns with elements of the project which mayr impact the final amount.
Staff is seeking direction YegaYding the completion of the pYoject.
Financial Impact
The Cityr Council pYeviously agYeed by unanimous consent to contribute $11,750.00 foY the expenses Yelated to the
grade change of the courts for a south to north orientation. SRF proposes to split the remaining construction costs
of $11,309.60 with the cityr ($5,654.80) foY a total city cost of $17,404.80.
