Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the purchase of CivicRec Software and Hardware.
Background/Discussion
On June 20, 2022, the City Council received an overview of CivicRec and information regarding our current
recreation programming and scheduling software.
The Council consented to purchasing new software and changing from RecTrac to CivicRec.
Financial Impact
The year one investment is $18,370 for software and $3,000 in hardware. In subsequent years, the annual
maintenance cost will be $9,000.
