Background/Discussion
This agenda item is reserved for general staff updates to the HRA and open discussion. Among the items:
2023 Budgeting – Staff has been working on a preliminary draft of the 2023 budget and will be presenting
to the board in August. The board will be asked to adopt a budget in September and send to the City
Council for final approval.
