Staff Update

DISCUSSION:
• Staff has been attending meetings with Sherburne County to plan for the County Road
44 project.
• Staff is attending a lot of construction meetings for upcoming jobs this summer.
• Material orders remain an issue for all departments. Lead times and prices continue to
grow.
• Completed yearly employee reviews this past month.
• Met with the staff at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds to help fix/add lights and move
a pole before the fair starts.
• Crews had a busy Fourth of July week with outages. Trees, animals, lightning, and
contractor excavations were all causes.
• Started working on budget items for the 2023 Season.
• Staff has been attending lots of Advanced Metering Infrastructure meetings.
