SUBJECT: Cancel Special City Council Meeting Scheduled for October 24,
2005
County Administrator Brian Bensen and I have discussed the October 24 joint meeting
between the City and County to discuss transportation issues. Mayor Klinzing will not be
able to attend on the 24; therefore, the joint meeting for October 24 will be cancelled and
rescheduled. Given the importance of this meeting, it will be rescheduled for the earliest
date possible. Additional information will be provided to the Council as soon as possible
dates are identified.
