Action Requested
Adopt, by motion, an ordinance assigning a new street address for the properties identified as PID# 75-828-0105
and 75-828-0205.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-828-0105 currently has the address of 10743 1681h Circle and property identified as
75-828-0205 currently has the address of 10752 1681h Circle.
With the extension of the 1681h Circle cul-de-sac as a through street, the street will now be labeled as an "Avenue"
requiring the properties to have an address change.
The city labels non -through streets as "Circles" or "Courts" and through streets as "Avenues" or "Streets". When
the addresses were assigned in 2015, it was not known when/if 1681h Circle would extend, and the street was
labeled as "Circle". With the assigning of the existing addresses, information was mailed out indicating the address
may change in the future.
The new assigned addresses will be as follows:
0 75-828-0105 = 10743 168th Avenue
0 75-828-0205 = 10752 168th Avenue

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Properties Identified as
PID# 75-828-0105 and 75-828-0205 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-828-0105, and currently assigned the street
addresses as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street addresses
as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That the property identified as PID# 75-828-0205, and currently assigned the street
addresses as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street addresses
as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 181h day of July 2022.
