Overview
The applicant is requesting that the land use designation of the property be changed from
OS (Open Space) to DR (Urban Residential). The current OS land use designation is not
consistent with the proposed plat, as the Open Space designation only references public and
private recreational facilities. The proposed DR land use designation would be consistent
with the current R3 (Townhouse) zoning and the proposed plat.
Plannin~ Commission Action
The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the request.
Recommendation
Staff and the Planning commission recommend the City Council approve of the request.
