Background/Discussion The police department has had an increase in parking issues with regard to city park parking lots. The chief would like to review proposed changes to the ordinance to more regulate after hours parking. Such vehicle shall not be released until the fees for towing and storage are paid, in addition to any fine imposed for violation of this chapter. Where posted, time limits are enforced. (b) Reserved. (c) After 6:00 p.m. and until 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends, the King Avenue parking lot is open to any and all parking. (With the exception of 74-102, "Snow Removal") (d) The north section of the King Avenue lot shall have twenty-six (26) posted spots designated "Designated Snow Removal Parking Only, Nov. 15April 15, 6:00 p.m.8:00 a.m." (e) No person shall enter with, or leave parked, any motor vehicle upon the grounds of any public park after 10:00 p.m. or before 6:00 a.m. without the prior written authorization of the City.
