Background/Discussion
The applicant continues to work on obtaining a new Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) to determine what
improvements, if any, are allowed within the Mississippi Floodway.

I understand state statute requires a city to act on an application within 60 days and can extend the
review process by another 60 days. As I am unaware of how long the Letter of Map Amendment
(LOMA) process will take, I am waiving the 60-day rule.
