Considered to be routine and noncontroversial by the Library Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless a board member, staff, or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent
agenda and considered under General Business.

4. OPEN FORUM
An opportunity for residents and guests to provide comments and feedback to the Library Board regarding items not on the agenda.
Information provided in Open Forum will not be discussed by the Library Board; rather, the information will be referred to staff and/or
scheduled for discussion at a future meeting.
5. GENERAL BUSINESS
5.1 New Business
a. Review library community room reservation process changes and room
rental rules.
b. Discuss replacing staff work chairs and public comfy chairs.
c. Indoor and outdoor walk through of building and grounds.
d. Prioritize CIP items, recommendations for budget.
e. Review yearly goals and create plan for annual report to council in October.

a. Updates on summer outreach opportunities for the board to participate in.
5.3 Patron Services Supervisor Report
5.4 Library Services Coordinator Report
5.5 City Council Report
a. 2023 budget process, upcoming budget session, max levy approval.
