Discussion of the Field Services Facility Expansion Project Schedule
ACTION REQUESTED:

DISCUSSION:
The Field Service Facility Expansion project’s contractual substantial completion date is August
11. With the current status of the project, ERMU’s commission has asked the construction
manager, RJMConstruction, to attend a special commission meeting to discuss the progress to
date and a projected schedule. ERMU staff has asked for RJM personnel to also discuss
schedule commitments for:
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for Inventory Area
Full Building Certificate of Occupancy
Full Project Completion
Staff expects that RJM will have staff in attendance to address these matters.
