Receive updates on the Rehabilitation Loan Program.
Background/Discussion
Minnesota Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) reports all accounts are current and the HRA’s portfolio
is performing as expected with no delinquencies or late payments. There have been no new loans issued this
period and $150,000 remains available for new loan disbursements. CEE is currently working on two loans for
properties in Elk River. One will be considered under the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency program and
one is being reviewed as a potential HRA-funded loan.
The format of the monthly report from CEE is in a new format. CEE is requesting feedback on the new
information and whether additional information is requested.
Web ads have been posted on Star News since July 15 and will run through August 12. One staff generated
Facebook post was published on July 18.
Staff still plans to partner with ERMU on print mailers to accompany utility bills.
