1. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 4:37 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. 2023 Budget
Ms. Ziemer presented her staff report. Various staff presented their proposed goals
and budget for 2023.
The Council requested the following from staff:
■ Work with garbage hauler to see if the spring/fall cleanup days can be
incorporated into the contract to cover the expenses.
■ Review cell phone policies from other cities.
■ Add another performance metric to the human resources budget that does
not count the retirements in the retention rate.
4. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 7:10 p.m.
