Background/Discussion
The applicant is woYking with the Army Corps of Engineers and the wetland/TEP panel to finalize wetland
locations and impacts included �uith the proposed project.
The applicant expects a resolution to their outstanding questions soon and hopes to finalize the project prioY to
the TuesdayT, September 6, 2022, City Council meeting. Staff will bring the plat for�vard for Council's consideration
once the updated wetland impacts/boundaries are included in the plat.
