NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Elk River will hold a regular
(5:30 p.m.) and closed (5:45 p.m.) meetings on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Elk River City
Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN.
In accordance with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Section 13D.02, Commissioner Larry Toth
will appear remotely via interactive technology from the following public location:
Guardian Angels, 300 Evans Avenue NW, Elk River, Minnesota.
