Leadership Transition – Search Committee Update
ACTION REQUESTED:
Commission consensus on the General Manager position offer.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
ERMU’s General Manager Search Committee worked with search consultant, Debra Englund,
CEO of HRExpertiseBP, to find a new General Manager. After selecting interview candidates, the
Commission conducted interviews at a Special Meeting on July 30, 2020. After lengthy
deliberation, the Search Committee had consensus to continue deliberation at the next
commission meeting. The Search Committee and the consultant have met since, and the Search
Committee will provide a verbal update and a recommendation at the commission meeting.
