Action Requested
Open the public hearing, receive public comment, and continue
the public hearing to October 17, 2022.
Background/Discussion
Case No. CU 22-17
The applicant submitted a Conditional Use PeYmit application to
support development of three 44-unit apartment buildings. The
project will be developed in multiple phases and building designs
and layTouts `vould appear like the first phase of Jackson Hills
constructed in 2018.
Planning Commission
T�uo residents spoke during the public hearing and expressed
concerns related to traffic, utilities, sight lines, and density. The
Commission shared many of these concerns and requested
additional information from the applicant.
The Commission dela�Ted action until their September 27, 2022,
regular meeting. Without a recommendation from the Planning
Commission, the CityT Council mayT not act.
