Background/Discussion
The applicant continues to `vork `vith the wetland/TEP panel to finalize wetland locations and impacts proposed
as part of their proposed project The outstanding questions are expected to be resolved soon, allo`ving the plat to
be finalized and readyT for Council approval. Staff `vill bring the plat for�vard for Council's consideration once the
updated wetland impacts/boundaries are included in the plat.
