NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council may be participating in the Elk River High
School Homecoming Parade, on Friday, October 7, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.. A quorum of the City
Council may paxticipate in the parade; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action
will be taken by the City Council during the parade.
