Resolution 22-51
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a Camp Chef Pellet Smoker Grill from Jake
Mund with the intent it be used by the Fire Department for community and department
events; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a cash donation from The Bank of Elk River
in the amount of $200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Jake Mund and The Bank of Elk River for
their donation.
1 The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Beyer and duly seconded by Councilmember Wagner, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Ma or Dietz Councilmembers Garrett Christianson
Mike Be} er, Matt Westgaard, and Jennifer Wagner and the following against: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor I ohn Dietz. Councilmembers Garrett
Christianson, Mike Beyer, Matt Westgaardand Jennifer Wagiier and the following absent:
none.
