Review preliminary findings of draft report and discuss funding strategies associated with trunk utility service
expansion.
Background/Discussion
Staff will give a verbal update of the Service Area Expansion Study which lays out utility needs (sewer and water) in
the NE and NW areas. We will dive deeper into the financial section and look to take some direction surrounding
strategies and feasibility of making this infrastructure improvement.
